MAYWOOD, IL – Loyola Medicine today announced plans for a new advanced ambulatory care center in Warrenville, Illinois, supported by a $120 million investment by Trinity Health. The project represents one of the largest outpatient investments in Loyola Medicine's history and is designed to expand access to specialty and primary care services while bringing innovative treatments and academic medicine closer to communities across Chicago's western suburbs.

New Warrenville facility will offer primary care and more than 30 specialties under one roof

Located at 28301 Ferry Road in Warrenville, the new ambulatory care center will bring together primary care and more than 30 medical and surgical specialties in one convenient location. Designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of Chicago's western suburbs, the center is expected to serve approximately 100,000 patient visits annually.

At nearly 100,000 square feet across three stories, the facility will include 60 exam rooms and a broad range of outpatient services, making it easier for patients and families to access coordinated, comprehensive care closer to home. Planned services include an infusion center, an ambulatory surgery center, advanced imaging services including MRI, CT, mammography, DEXA, X-ray and ultrasound, and a retail pharmacy.

State-of-the-art center will bring academic-level healthcare to Chicago's western suburbs

“Healthcare continues to move closer to where people live and work, and this investment positions Loyola Medicine to meet that demand for decades to come,” said Shawn P. Vincent, president and CEO of Trinity Health's Illinois/Indiana Region. “By bringing together primary care, specialty care, advanced imaging, ambulatory surgery and other essential services in one location, we are creating a destination that will enhance access, convenience and the patient experience throughout the region.”
