Loyola Medicine has transitioned to a new patient portal called MyChart Trinity Health to better meet your needs. Starting February 28, 2026 and beyond, any new information from visits to a Loyola Medicine doctor’s office or hospital from February 28, 2026 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart Trinity Health patient portal.

With your MyChart Trinity Health account you can:

• Schedule or cancel an appointment
• Review medications, test results and health history
• View upcoming and past appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Send and receive messages with your care team
• Complete the eCheck-In process from home for your next appointment
• Pay your bill
