MAYWOOD, IL – 24 Loyola Medicine physicians have been honored in Chicago magazine’s Top Cancer Doctors list for the Chicago area, recognizing their expertise and commitment to exceptional patient care.

“Loyola Medicine’s cancer specialists are dedicated to advancing oncology through groundbreaking research while delivering exceptional, compassionate care to patients,” said Shawn P. The Top Cancer Doctors list is published in the January 2026 issue of Chicago magazine and is also available online.

Physicians are nominated by their peers through an open online process, and each nominee undergoes a rigorous review of education, training and professional experience. Doctors cannot pay to be included on the list.
