He was very patient and answered all questions to the extent where we can be well aware and satisfied with his answers on the complex surgery that will be happening soon. We see him as my mom’s angel who is God sent .

Dr. Singer appears to have interns as a routine part of his practice, and I have found the interns he selects to be very easy to interact with and very patient oriented. They contribute to a positive experience.

As a Jehovah’s Witness who declines the use of blood products, when I found out I would need a specific surgery , our local Hospital Liason Committee recommended Dr Singer right away. (and I know someone who had been Dr Singer’s patient & gave very positive feedback) Even though I live over an hour away from Loyola, Dr Singer was definitely the best choice. His willingness to work within my preferred ‘no blood’ parameters’ as well as his friendliness and understanding manner, very pleasant as well as informative. I would recommend him , & his staff , to anyone. And he smiles! Makes for very pleasant and relaxed interactions.

I was scared and anxious for this appointment. I have a disability that effects my communication and thought process when stressed. I appreciate the time he took to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, like it feels with other specialists. I appreciate that he did not talk down to me and that I was treated the way I used to be treated.

Dr Singer is the best and I am nothing but thankful for all his help over the past few years in getting me back to a normal quality of life. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Singer and always will. The staff and med students were all top notch as well.

As one of Jehovah’s Wittinesses with certain preferences, I feel confident that DR Singer knows what to do & how to treat his JW patients. ,

This is the longest conversation with Dr. Singer I had and he was the most understanding and listened patiently. When I first met him in the hospital before and after the surgery, he appeared in a hurry, a lot of the talking and checking were done by his team members. He wanted me to check out of the hospital 3 days after my surgery when I was barely able to get out of bed by myself! I did not like him then, he must be one of brilliant surgeons that think they know everything already. But for the later follow up visits at the outpatient center, he became more personable, and spend time with me as his schedule allowed. I don't have any problem with Dr. Singer at this point.

07/08/2025

I like Dr. Singer's way of explaining any question I may have to my understanding.

Feel very safe in his care!
