How to Apply

Applicants to the Loyola Medicine Maternal–Fetal Medicine Fellowship program must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Loyola MFM adheres to the SMFM recruitment timeline. (https://www.smfm.org/fellowship) 

Required Application Materials 

• ERAS application, including USMLE scores
• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Photograph
• Three to four letters of recommendation
• CREOG scores (to be sent directly to fbailey@lumc.edu)
• Valid ECFMG certificate. Required if you graduated from a medical school outside the US or Canada. Note: this program accepts only J-1 visas. 

Applicants must have completed an ACGME‑accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
