Required Longitudinal Experiences
- Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) (6 months)
- Research Project (12 months); a total of 4-5 weeks dedicated to project time
- Continuing Education Seminar (6 months); a total of 4-5 weeks dedicated to project time
- Medication Use Evaluation (MUE) (12 months); a total of 4-5 weeks dedicated to project time
- Writing Project (6 months); a total of 4-5 weeks dedicated to project time
- Stewardship Administration (includes committee involvement) (12 months)
- Teaching and Learning Certificate (6 months) [if not completed as PGY1]
- Pharmacy Clinical Staffing (12 months); two 8-hour staffing shifts every 3rd weekend
- ID Conference (12 months)
