Dr. Kabaker shows an interest in his patients. He doesn't treat them like a file. His team was friendly and communicated well with him. I felt heard, I felt comfortable v talking about my issues and that made me feel comfortable going into surgery. Knowing I had someone who listened and understood my concerns.
