MAYWOOD, IL – Matthew Eggert, DPT, has been named vice president of ambulatory operations for Loyola Medicine.

In this role, Eggert will continue to advance ambulatory operations across Loyola Medicine, with a focus on elevating the patient and provider experience and delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. 

Experienced health care operations leader appointed VP at Loyola

Eggert brings nearly two decades of experience at Loyola Medicine, along with a strong track record of operational leadership and commitment to our Mission. Most recently, he served as executive director overseeing Loyola’s musculoskeletal, neurosciences and behavioral health programs. In that role, he led strategic and operational initiatives that improved access and strengthened clinical performance. 

Eggert’s career at Loyola Medicine reflects steady progression and deep expertise in clinical and operational leadership. He began as a physical therapist, later advancing to clinical coordinator, practice director and executive director. His frontline clinical experience combined with his leadership roles give him a unique perspective on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
