How to Apply


Thank you for your interest in Loyola Medicine's Integrated Vascular Surgery Residency Program. Below you will find the application requirements for the program:

Residency applications will be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).https://www.aamc.org/services/eras-for-institutions

All candidates must be registered through the National Resident Matching Program. The NRMP code for this program is 1170451C0.

Minimal application contents for consideration include: 

  • Complete ERAS application
  • Personal statement
  • Three Letters of Recommendation
  • Medical school transcript
  • USMLE scores
  • ECFMG certificate (if applicable)

Loyola Medicine supports J-1 visa sponsorship only.

Complete applications will be reviewed as they are received.

The 1st round of invites will be sent out on October 15, 2025. Applicants will be given a 96-hour window before the 2nd round of invitations are sent.
