One very good thing is that Dr. Lagedrost will refer me to other doctors whose specialty is what I need for a particular condition. And also helping get a convenient appointment with those doctors.

Does not convey friendly demeanor, which affects my comfort during visit. Since visits are annual I feel her demeanor very imperdonable even though I have been a recurring patient. I don't know if it's cultural difference but due to the impersonable experience I feel less confident in the level of care/treatment.
