I was impressed with Dr. Sherrer. On my first meeting with him he had previously looked through my chart and he gave me ample time to express my thoughts and ask questions. He hit the ground running with a plan for me to adjust diet and lifestyle to improve in certain areas.

Dr. Sherrer is very attentive, listening to the patient's every word and often asking for elaboration. The physical exam itself was smooth, chatting while he does the procedure, always concerned that the patient is comfortable and feels free to talk openly and bring up concerns. He also takes time to teach and use the screen illustrating past results providing background about recent symptoms ar test results. In my 50+ years with medical appointments with different physicians, Dr. Sherrer is one of the best. He is actually fun to talk to and discuss whatever health concern I have.

When Dr. William Boblick retired I was concerned I might not find as good a replacement. From my first visit with Dr. Sherrer, after my gall bladder removal, I found him to be just as diligent and eager to educate his patients toward better health as Dr. Boblick was. In the years since that first visit I have found him to be mindful of my concerns but also careful to explain his concerns about my health history and its future implications.
