Melissa Tracy, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist with more than two decades of experience caring for patients across the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease, from preventive heart health to complex heart conditions. Dr. Tracy has dedicated herself to helping patients better understand their heart health, partnering closely with them to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term wellness and recovery. She is recognized by her peers as one of Chicago’s leading cardiologists and has been honored multiple times as a Chicago Magazine Best Cardiologist. In addition to her clinical practice, she has helped develop innovative cardiac rehabilitation programs that expand access to care and support patients both in person and remotely.
