Very concerned about patients needs.

There was an issue and I was unable to receive my injection that day. Dr. Holtman was very understanding and caring. He explained the reasons why in detail and even went above and beyond to help me schedule a new appointment within insurance time frames. I am grateful fo his care and patience. Even though I was upset at the moment, i'm glad he cared enough to help me.
