09/13/2023

Well done.

09/09/2023

My appointment began more than one hour after the scheduled time. I certainly know how schedules can lag, especially in the afternoon. It would have been appropriate for someone on the care team to have said, "I'm sorry you were kept waiting," The absence of comment suggests that my schedule is unimportant. Again, there was nothing rude about the treatment afforded me. I'm simply saying that mention of the significant delay would have been best practice.

09/03/2023

I always receive great attention and care.

After referring me for a test, Dr. Rees did let me know that he would be out the next week and that one of his team members would call with the results. So that I wouldn't be kept wondering.
