He made me relaxed!! He explained everything that would involve my surgery!!

Dr. Gorbonos checked me - we discussed my blood work and the nurse did an outstanding job of taking several blood samples (no pain) and my results seem to be ok. I called to Parkridge to request to speak to nurse regarding blood tests results because I am not to good with results on computer. The person answering phone at park Ridge said a nurse would call me to go over results.

I have seen Dr Gorbonos for years due to bladder cancer. He used to come in and talk w me first. Then I would go into the surgical room. He didn’t do this. I feel like “just a number.” I doubt he even knows my name-unless he looks at the paperwork.
