Not sure. Perhaps the doctor should have eye contact with patients. Address them in a way of acknowledging thru one on one looking as they speak to them.

He asked me the same questions a few times so I don't believe he was listening to me. When I asked for clarification on a question due to it not being phrased in layman's terms, he just repeated the question the same way but not forcefully.

Dr. Rizvi cares very much about his patients, and has a lot of patience. My only wish would be for written material that a patient could reference while at home. Some information on the web may be less than ideal. "Answers to common questions", or "Do's and don'ts" would be great.
