Because of dr Arnold鈥檚 behavior I won鈥檛 be returning to Loyola . He was rude, dismissive and disrespectful.

He has answered all my questions in detail and was able to confirm things for me and explained very well

I still have the MRI scheduled and I will see what he does from there but I was told by resident no I don't need another appointment they will call with results. This doctor was recommended by another Loyola doctor and Dr. Arnold gave me less then 5 min. time.
