I waited almost 2 hours, half dressed, in an uncomfortably cool exam room. When Dr. Lynn finally come in, I felt hurried. There was no eye contact, and she answered questions curtly. In a nut shell, the visit was a waste of my time, and I won't be returning to Dr. Lynn,

Dr. Lynn has tried to help me with my issues. She will make referrals to other specialists and will try other methods to resolve my issue. However, my biggest problem is that she always asks me the same questions about my health issues or why I'm doing a return visit. I understand she has a lot of patients since I always have to wait at least an hour to be seen. But she should take at lest an extra minute to read my file to see why I'm there. I would understand that need for an extra minute instead of being asked the same question about "why we haven't tried this or that". I see other doctors and I have to wait for them too. But at least when they come in for my appointment, they already know what issue is going to be addressed.My second biggest problem is the wait time. The hospital should not make doctors double or triple book a slot time for patients. If this is what is making Dr. Lynn take so long to see a patient or not allow her to prepare for each patient visit the hospital needs to change their policy and try to hire or keep good doctors. I have been with the Gottlieb group for 23 years. Once they were bought by the larger hospital group with Loyola a few years ago, a lot of doctors left. I'm not sure why.
