After 23 months of no periods, I assumed I was in menopause. However, I had a period in January that was heavy and mentally distressing. Dr. Wiley's office responded to my email inquiries quickly and with good advice, and they were able to get me in for an appointment within a week. At the appointment, Dr. Wiley listened to my concerns and explained what was probably happening with my body. She gave me a few diagnostic testing options along with the pros and cons of each. After I decided on the direction I wanted to take and had the testing completed, she got back to me right away with the results. Throughout the experience, her manner was warm, reassuring, and pleasantly direct. I appreciate Dr. Wiley and would recommend her to anyone going through this perimenopausal craziness.
