Everyone was super helpful. Dr. Heinrich, Mona Lisa, and the lab tech were are super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The only issues I have is Dr. Heinrich is very soft spoken and speaks very fast.
I like the practice itself, but I would choose a different provider. I felt as though the appointment was rushed. I do not think my son was thoroughly examined. His weight and growth chart was the main point of discussion, but other areas of growth physically, mentally, emotionally, and reproductively weren't addressed I felt.

I like Doctor Heinrich so much I asked her to be my doctor from now on.
Dr. Heinrich listened to all my concerns and explained why I was having issues. She sent me for needed tests to assess my issues. She is a caring Dr. she also sent me a message as soon as she got my results. I am satisfied with her care.
Moved the the area, and Loyola, a couple years ago and it was obvious that she did her research about my past.

Maybe sow down a little so you don’t over look small details. Like if I’m 7.5 on my A1c maybe tell I’m I’m a pre diabetic instead of telling I don’t have it at all. Cause I don’t but I should be slightly concerned. Had I not looked it up I’d have never known. Cause I trust you….. the doctor. Also you almost forgot to ask if I needed any vaccines. I asked and you thanked me for saying something, but again slow down a little and you will be perfect!!!!! I really enjoyed/enjoy having you as my primary. This is just constructive criticism is all!
