I am always well taken care of on visits to this facility. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the young lady who does my blood tests does a very good job, I haven't had any bruising. Jolene always takes the time to ask how I've been feeling and if I have any nnyew problems. She takes the time to explain procedures to me and any new medications.
She is a dedicated professional and I enjoy seeing her when I need to see someone for a minor medical issue/appointment!

My first experience with Dr Jolene was a few years ago when my daughter had HMF, we had gone to another provider where they didn’t know what my kid had. Dr Jolene was able to identify and provide some comfort until the virus ran its course. I’ve trusted her ever since. Now my family and extended family have made Dr Jolene our primary healthcare provider. She is so knowledgeable and makes us feel that we in the best hands. Thank you for that. I will forever be grateful and thankful for her.

On the whole Dr.Quinones is wonderful.
Dr. Joline was great, but then again, I Iwasn't there for anything special that I was going to need her to treat or diagnose.
She takes her time and listens well. She is thorough. My only complaint would be that sometimes she doesn't take my concerns as seriously as I would like them.

Jolene took her time in explaining to me what I was dealing with and steps I should take. She also checked my file and found that I had not yet seen an eye doctor for my eye health due to my diabetes. I explained to her that I have an appointment in the next few weeks, so that will be taken care of. She also gave me papers to review for power of attorney. As I'm getting older I want to go over this with my daughter in case of an emergency.

Because of her nursing background, Jolene has an impeccable bed-side manner. Can easily calm a patient with her calm demeanor & knowledge of health/medicine. Saw Jolene after gynecologist & office never followed up regarding two requests for prescription refill for hormone replacement therapy. Jolene recommended another gyne in Loyola system for pap & mammo due next year.
