Great! Thoughtful, respectful and proactive. Her focus is on a lifestyle that prevents medical issues. She is very thorough with reviewing lab work and tests to recognize potential health problems. She then recommends things that can be done like more exercise, diet etc. that will improve things. Medical treatment i.e. prescriptions and other invasive treatments are only considered after more wholistic practices are not helping. Example: my A1C is on the high range. She wants me to exercise a bit more and alter my diet a bit BEFORE we consider medication.

Frances is very knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely like to keep her as my primary care provider. She was concerned for my health and acted on treatment right away.
