Except for the past two years with a different Medicare Insurance organization, Dr Arellano has been my Primary Doctor for nearly a decade. I rely on her knowledge and attentiveness to the fact that the patient is human and should not be treated as a device that can be corrected by following a checklist.

I think she is very profesional and courteous. She comes in and if need to take a call, she’ll state I’ll be back and does it on timely manner and is attentive as soon as she walks in. The only down fall is the she is super requested that it is hard for us to schedule appointments. But if it’s urgent she will make the time to see you as soon as possible.
Most people I’m sure are nervous when they go to their doctor. In my case I’m always looking forward to seeing my doctor. She always provides caring and excellent services. I feel like im getting the best treatment with her.
Dr.Arellano is knowledgeable about all my issues of concern. Professional and maintains a high degree of hygiene in all areas.
