Listen and explain issues professional

As I said Dr Ing is the best! He has always been thorough on exams & listening to any of my concerns. Even though I only see him once a year he knows me & has a handle on my medical history to order test that are appropriate as my medical journey evolves being a senior. The office staff was welcoming on checking me in. His nurse Mary who has been there many years has always been friendly & concerned on how I'm doing. Of course the biggest thing is being taken for my appointment on time & not having to sit it the exam room for any length of time. I love my Loyola doctor!
