I love to my doctor because he cares and listen but calling to make appointment for any doctor or testing is a nightmare!
Dr. Ing has consistently shown kindness, patience and understanding and has a unique way of communicating with me which makes me feel valued and appreciated. I trust my Dr’s expertise and always follow up with him whenever needed. I am glad that Dr. Ing’s office was able to accommodate me on a moments notice as so was very sick. I am truly thankful for my local Loyola Clinic, North Riverside. I love Loyola and I love Dr. Ing because he cares about his patients.

Listen and explain issues professional
As I said Dr Ing is the best! He has always been thorough on exams & listening to any of my concerns. Even though I only see him once a year he knows me & has a handle on my medical history to order test that are appropriate as my medical journey evolves being a senior. The office staff was welcoming on checking me in. His nurse Mary who has been there many years has always been friendly & concerned on how I’m doing. Of course the biggest thing is being taken for my appointment on time & not having to sit it the exam room for any length of time. I love my Loyola doctor!
I plan to stay with Dr. Ing. No changing for me! He’ listens, ask me questions, exam and determine the next steps. Very professional and courteous. I have no complaints about Dr. Ing
