LPP Comprehensive Provider Rosters
As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, we are all considering alternative ways to provide patient care. The majority of payers have approved telehealth as a safe means to provide some routine care as we strive to reduce transmission of the coronavirus. Additionally, the CDC recommends that patients who are discharged from the hospital with a COVID-19 diagnosis receive a telehealth visit, video preferred but telephonic is acceptable, with their primary care physician within 48 hours of discharge and every 48 hours after that until the patient has recovered.
To help to ensure primary care and specialty access during this time, we have compiled a list of LPP affiliate providers, both primary and specialty care, that have telehealth capabilities. The list also indicates if the practice is accepting new patients in addition to current patients and contact information for scheduling. Please note that all LUHS providers have access to provide telehealth services. This information will be updated on a weekly basis.
