This is for the in-person fee of $100.

The address is 1853 W. Polk Street, Chicago, IL 60607. The rooms are located in the College of Medicine Buildings. The nearest cross streets are W. Polk Street and S. Wolcott Ave.

The main room will be the Faculty Alumni Lounge (aka "The Harry Potter Room").

*Parking will NOT be included in the registration. Attendees are open to park at the Wood Street Parking Structure or the Grenshaw Parking Structure (which used to be Lot B4 on the map). Below is a map for reference. An additional parking option is the John H. Stroger, Jr. Cook County Hospital Garage at 1800 W. Polk Street, Chicago, IL 60612, which is across the street from the entrance at 1853 W. Polk Street.
