Good Samaritans and MacNeal Hospital Help Patient Survive Cardiac Arrest

When Hutz Hertzberg collapsed at Midway Airport in full cardiac arrest, four Good Samaritans responded quickly. They performed CPR and shocked his heart back to life with a defibrillator. Hutz was then taken to MacNeal Hospital where he received two coronary stents. In June of 2019, MacNeal Hospital organized an event to bring the Good Samaritans and the Hertzberg family together again.
