Building the Total Athlete

Loyola Center for Fitness Hosts Sports Performance Camp

WHAT:  Kids home from college for the holidays? Does your high schooler’s winter break plans consist of sitting on the couch in front of the TV? Loyola University Health System is offering a special sports camp for young athletes to help keep them in shape over the winter break.

The camp is designed to help athletes get to new heights in performance. The sessions last for one hour and will focus on speed, agility, strength and power that can improve an athlete’s performance in any sport. Use this break to stay one step ahead of the competition.

WHEN:  Dec. 26-28 and Jan. 2-4, 2 – 3 p.m.

WHERE: Loyola Center for Fitness, 2160 S. First Ave., Maywood IL   60153

COST:  $65 for nonmembers; $50 for members
