New Providers in Digestive Health

Loyola Medicine's comprehensive digestive health program unites specialists in gastroenterology, psychologynutritionbariatric medicine and colorectal and GI surgery. U.S. News & World Report ranks Loyola's gastroenterology and GI surgery care 33rd in the nation.

Four experienced gastroenterologists recently joined the digestive health team. In addition to their expertise in the treatment of digestive disorders and cancer screening, they bring a wide range of clinical interests to the program:

Ayokunle Abegunde, MDceliac disease, colonoscopy, endoscopy, GERD and swallowing difficulties.
