Students from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and Loyola's Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing are teaming up with the Maywood Health Initiative and Village of Maywood to host A Tour of Health fair.
The fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 9 at the Maywood Public Library, 121 S. Fifth Ave., Maywood. It will feature free immunizations and health screenings such as blood pressure readings and blood sugar and cholesterol checks, school physicals, fun activities for children, mini-health workshops, a raffle and light lunch.

Weinberg Cancer Center at Melrose Park.
