MAYWOOD, Ill. - Nabeela Nasir, MD, a neurologist who specializes in sleep disorders, has joined Loyola University Health System.
Dr. Nasir is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology of Loyola University Medical Center. She sees patients at the Loyola Center for Health at Burr Ridge and Loyola Center for Health at Oakbrook Terrace South.
Dr. Nasir comes to Loyola from Henry Ford Medical Group in Michigan, where she was a senior staff neurologist. Prior to that, she was an attending neurologist and medical director of the Sleep Disorders Center of Advocate Medical Group.
Dr. Nasir completed a fellowship in neuromuscular diseases at the University of Toronto and a fellowship in neurophysiology at the Henry Ford Hospital. She did her residency in neurology at the University of Chicago and earned a medical degree from Aga Khan University Hospital (affiliated with McGill and McMasters universities).
Dr. Nasir is board certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
