Primary care at Loyola: Caring for four generations
Dr. Linda Tayeh, a Primary Care physician, is one of many Loyola doctors who take care of several generations in one family. Evie Polsley; her grandmother, Neoma; her mother, Deb; and her daughter, Ellie; talk about how important their family physician is to them. She takes care of each patient in the family as an individual and knows the importance of confidentiality, even among family members.
"I have several families (that) I take care of several generations," Dr. Tayeh says. "It makes me feel special that they trust me to take care of their families - their children, their parents their grandparents, cousins. It's a really good feeling."
"She is such an important piece of our lives," Deb Sojgren says. "Our lives need a good primary care physician, and we have been so blessed to have found one."
