Loyola helps Trinity High School athletes with ACL injury prevention drills

Loyola's Rehabilitation Program shows Trinity High School schools drills that they can do to help prevent ACL tears. Physical Therapist Gina Reedy warns that ACL injuries are particularly prevalent among female high school and intercollegiate athletes.

Injury prevention drills can help the athletes avoid surgery and physical therapy in the future.
