Social Work Services
Licensed professional social workers provide services to patients and their families throughout Loyola University Health System. Specialty services also are available in designated satellite facilities. Services provided include:
- Psychosocial histories and assessments
- Resources and referrals/discharge planning
- Counseling/support
- Patient education/support groups
