- Body changes during breast-feeding
- How to breast-feed
- Common breast-feeding problems and their remedies
- Use of breast pumps
- Breast milk storage
- Continuing breast-feeding while working outside the home
This class is recommended during last trimester of pregnancy. The 1.5-hour session is taught by an internationally board-certified lactation consultant.
Class fee includes a breast-feeding book.
