Eligibility
Ventricular tachycardia, drug refractory (including beta-blockers), ICD implanted, history of MI
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to determine if early ablation and medical therapy is more effective than medical therapy alone in treating ventricular tachycardia.
Treatment
Participants will be randomly assigned to receive ablation and medical therapy, or medical therapy alone for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.
