Help your kids to enjoy sledding safely

Dress warmly, sled feet-first and consider wearing a helmet
Tens of thousands of kids are injured each year in sledding accidents. Dr. Terri Cappello, a Loyola pediatrician, gives parents some pointers on helping their kids avert an injury during those fun-filled sledding runs.

If you need an appointment, please call (888) LUHS-888. If your child has become injured while sledding, please go directly to the Emergency Department or Immediate Care.
