The Loyola Cancer Care & Research Center at Central DuPage Hospital* is part of a 10-year affiliation between Loyola University Health System (Loyola) and Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) to offer the latest cancer care to area residents. Access to clinical studies are among the benefits provided for patients under the agreement.
This affiliation brings medical oncologists from Loyola's Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center to CDH. Patients from the far western suburbs can enjoy the comforts of their home hospital as they benefit from the evidence-based cancer care brought by Loyola specialists. A clinical research team works with eligible patients to give them the opportunity to participate in appropriate clinical trials.
The program is located at expanded facilities in the East Building on the Central DuPage Hospital campus, 25 N. Winfield Road, Winfield.
Loyola’s cancer program was ranked among the top 50 in the nation by USNews & World Report in 2007, and has held that ranking three times in the past four years.
*Loyola Cancer Care & Research Center at Central DuPage Hospital is a collaborative cancer program between Central DuPage Hospital and Loyola University Health System. The physicians of this program are independent practitioners and are neither agents or employees of Central DuPage Hospital or any of its affiliate organizations.
