Corporate wellness examination

The Corporate Wellness Examination for executives and employees includes a complete check-up and comprehensive screenings for heart disease, certain cancers and vision and hearing disorders, as well as an evaluation of health habits. Exams may be contracted either by an employer for its employees or by individuals.

The assessment takes place during two visits and is conducted by Loyola's experienced health professionals, including a physical exam by a Loyola physician.

Services include the following:

  • Health risk appraisal
  • Medical examination
  • Body measurements
  • Body composition analysis
  • Blood pressure check
  • Testicular exam (for men only)
  • Breast exam (for women only)
  • Pap smear (for women only
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Vision test/tonometry
  • Audiometry
  • Complete metabolic panel
  • Lipid profile
  • Urinalysis
  • Education programs to identify and reduce risks
Optional tests that may be suggested or required as needed include:
  • Exercise stress test
  • Flexible sigmoidoscopy
  • Colonoscopy
  • Spirometry
  • Spiral CT scan (lung scan)
For clients ages 40 to 49 years, the following tests may be recommended:
  • Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)
  • Mammogram (for women only)
For clients ages 50 and older, the following tests may be recommended:
  • Fecal occult blood
  • Osteoporosis testing (DEXA)
  • Rectal exam
  • Prostate specific antigen (PSA) (for men only)

Corporate wellness exams include discounted package pricing, and insurance is not accepted for these services.
