Health Risk Assessments

Loyola University Health System offers a number of online health risk assessments to our Web site visitors. These assessments can help you better understand your risk for developing serious health conditions.

These interactive assessments are designed to estimate a person's risk of having a disease. When you have completed them, you will learn your risk level and be able to share information with your health-care provider.

To be as healthy as possible, Loyola recommends you visit your primary care physician every year. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
