Know that when you refer a patient to Loyola, our commitment is to keep you informed of our diagnosis and treatment plan and to refer back to you for follow-up care.

To begin the process, please call the Physician Referral Hotline at (708) 327-DOCS (708-327-3627). Our referral nurse is available Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. After hours you may speak to an associate who will take a message for a return call the next business day or connect you to an on-call physician.
