Title:

A Multicenter, Open Registry of Patients With Psoriasis Who Are Candidates for Systemic Therapy Including Biologics, Protocol Number: C0168Z03

Purpose:

The registry study will track the behavior of the disease in response to other therapies, such as adalimumab, alefacept, certolizumab pegol, efalizumab, etanercept and other biologics. The registry also will evaluate clinical outcomes, quality of life and potential risks for patients who may receive standard therapies for psoriasis.

Study Number:

201423

Number of Patients:

8000

Elgibility:

Patients must have a diagnosis of psoriasis and be candidates for or currently receiving conventional systemic agents (e.g., MTX, acitretin, cyclosporine or systemic PUVA) or biologic therapy for psoriasis.
Other specific inclusion and exclusion criteria are available from the Loyola Clinical Trials Office, (708) 216-2027.

Treatment:

The registry study does not require any study-specific testing, but your study doctor may capture test information (e.g., laboratory tests, X-rays) that are collected as part of your normal care for the registry study.

You will provide information about your psoriasis to your study doctor. Your information will be collected at the enrollment visit and approximately every six months after that and will include information on safety and detailed clinical/health status. Information collected will include demographics (e.g., gender, race, date of birth), condition of your disease, family medical history, history of previous psoriasis treatments, current medications, how you receive infliximab or standard therapies and clinical follow-up.

No additional study-specific tests are performed while enrolled in this registry study; however, your study doctor may capture results of testing for the registry performed for your usual clinical care.
