Title:
A pivotal study of SGN-35 in treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma (ALCL)
Purpose:
Primary objective is to determine the antitumor efficacy of single-agent SGN-35 as measured by the overall response rate in patients with relapsed or refractory systemic ALCL.

Elgibility:
Relapsed or refractory ALCL who have previously received front line chemotherapy (CHOP or multi-agent anthracycline or anthracycline-based chemotherapy). Histologically confirmed CD30 positive disease; tissue from the most recent post-diagnostic biopsy of relapsed disease, measurable disease by PET and CT.
Treatment:
Every 21 days you will receive an infusion of the study drug SGN-35. You will complete CT and PET scans before the first treatment and at specific times during the treatment cycle.
