Title:
A PHASE II TRIAL OF THE COMBINATION OF OSI-774 (ERLOTINIB; NSC-718781) AND BEVACIZUMAB (RHUMAB VEGF; NSC-704865) IN NEVER-SMOKERS WITH STAGE IIIB AND IV PRIMARY NSCLC ADENOCARCINOMAS
Purpose:
The primary objective of this Phase II study is to assess overall survival in never-smokers with primary lung adenocarcinomas.

Elgibility:
Participants have adenocarcinoma Stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer, are = 18 years of age and have smoked less than 100 cigarettes in their lifetime.
Treatment:
Daily oral chemotherapy drug (OSI-774) and intravenous chemotherapy drug (bevacizumab) once every 21 days until you discontinue or are removed from the trial.
