Title:
A Phase 2 Study of AZD0530 in metastatic melanoma
Purpose:
The purpose of this phase 2 study is to evaluate AZD0530 in treating metastatic melanoma.

Elgibility:
Adults = 18 years old must have: · Histologically or cytologicaly confirmed metastatic melanoma, either stage IV or non-resectable stage III disease· One prior treatment for advanced disease· ECOG performance status =2 (Karnofsky =60%)
Treatment:
Patients will take oral study drug every day for eight (8) weeks.
