Title:

CALGB 50303/CTSU50303 Phase III Randomized Study of R-CHOP v. Dose-Adjusted EPOCH-R with Molecular Profiling in Untreated De Novo Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphomas

Purpose:

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of two treatments; R-CHOP with Dose-Adjusted EPOCH-R for untreated de novo DLBC lymphoma and to develop molecular predictor of outcome using molecular profiling.

Study Number:

109312

Number of Patients:

478

Elgibility:

Adults (> 18) with histologically documented de novo CD20 + DLBC lymphoma with stage II, III or IV disease who have not have had prior cytotoxic chemotherapy or rituximab.

Treatment:

The chemotherapy, known as R-CHOP, will be administered by intravenous infusion every 21 days for a total of six times. If you receive DA-EPOCH-R, you will need to be in the hospital for your treatment. This treatment is given every 21 days for a total of six times.
