Title:
Diabetes Type 2 & Exenatide Observational Study
Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to collect information on how the medication exenatide is being used to treat people with type 2 diabetes. We will study the effectiveness of exenatide in improving blood sugar control.

Elgibility:
1-The patient must have a diagnosis of T2DM as defined by the treating physician.2-The treating physician and patient must have decided to start exenatide theapy based on clinical need prior to the patient being offered the opportunity to enroll in the study.3-We are seeking female and males 18 years and older.4-The patient must be able to complete all questionnaires over the two year period.
Treatment:
Although there is no research treatment, all participants will continue their usual diabetes care, including the medication exenatide, as prescribed by their doctor.
