The primary objective of the study is to determine whether long-term growth hormone (GH) replacement therapy administered in clinical practice to adults with growth hormone deficiency (GHD) is associated with increased or decreased incidences of clinically significant adverse events (AEs).

The purpose of the study is to compare long-term health outcomes in patients who are lacking adult growth hormones.
This study is called an observational study. This means that there are no specific instructions or procedures that must be followed in order to participate in this study. The study simply collects information related to the patient's treatment and health as part of his/her physician’s routine clinical practice. The medical information will be collected during the one or two routine visits per year to the patient's physician's office.
